View Contacts/Tasks and Log Emails

When you open a Gmail thread, the sender’s email address will be extracted and checked to see if they are in your LACRM contacts. If they are, you can manage them directly in our app; if not, you can create a contact/company and save them to your LACRM account.

For each message (email) in the thread, you can easily log it to LACRM with just one click. No need to manually forward emails or worry about useless forwarded emails cluttering up the thread.

In addition, our app will also list the tasks associated with the contacts in the current email thread.

Manage LACRM Contacts in Gmail

When you click on a LACRM contact, you can see all the related information for that contact. This includes tasks attached to this contact.

You can also directly edit or delete LACRM contacts within our app.
